Hello, my name is Sarah. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Troy, for 13 years. We have two children who are 10 and 7 years old. I grew up in Canada with missionary parents, and have witnessed a lifetime of service that has inspired me to help others in my own way. As a child, my family had a friend who could not have children, and I knew that I wanted to contribute to the journey of motherhood in a special way. After I had my daughter, I knew it was time to step into my next journey in life as a gestational surrogate. I have carried and delivered three babies for three different families. Going through five postpartum experiences myself, I know first hand what it's like to be a first time mom, a second time mom, and what it means to truly need support after any kind of pregnancy. It is my privilege to be able to support families in the Kansas City area. All five of my pregnancies were different from one another. I have conceived naturally with my own babies, and with IVF for my surrogacy pregnancies. I understand the nuances of both kinds of pregnancies and births. As one of the few doulas in Kansas City that provide both birth and postpartum support, I am able to provide your family's continuity of care from pregnancy to postpartum! I provide a trustworthy source of support and listening, an experienced guide through early parenthood, and am dedicated to providing your family the ability to rest and recuperate after birth.
